Director of Program Communications

Job Summary

Leading the communications strategy for BigFuture and Higher Education, the full-time Director of Program Communications will develop clear messaging and integrated communications initiatives to engage students, families, and higher education partners in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead messaging and communications strategy for BigFuture and HMA, creating compelling narratives from complex information
• Drive integrated communications initiatives from strategy through execution, collaborating with marketing and other teams to activate across channels
• Oversee the development of high-quality communications materials and lead executive communications strategy for high-impact engagements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in communications, content strategy, marketing, or a related field
• Experience developing integrated communications strategies with measurable outcomes
• Proven ability to lead through influence in cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with the education landscape and issues affecting students and higher education institutions
