Director of Program Delivery

Job Summary

Leading project management efforts, the remote Director of Program Delivery will refine operational processes, collaborate with various disciplines and clients, and ensure deliverable requirements are met while managing change and risk to deliver high-quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hybrid client/Huge teams to meet deliverable requirements and manage change and risk
• Manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams
• Set and manage client expectations, ensuring satisfaction among clients and internal team members

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience leading multi-year, multi-million dollar projects with interconnected work streams
• Background in client services, preferably with top-tier consulting firms or interactive agencies
• Understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle, including emerging technologies
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and motivating teams
• Appreciation for design and user experience, with a generalist approach to various work categories
