Leading project management efforts in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Director of Program Delivery will manage client expectations, oversee multi-million dollar engagements, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee deliverable requirements, change management, and risk assessment for hybrid client teams
• Manage long-term engagements with multiple project tracks while ensuring client satisfaction
• Lead strategic discussions and presentations to clients, refining project management processes and methodologies

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multi-year, multi-million dollar projects with interconnected work streams
• Background in client services, preferably with top-tier consulting firms or interactive agencies
• Understanding of web and application development lifecycles and emerging technologies
