• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) program, including audits and investigations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance fraud detection and compliance
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, public administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of management experience demonstrating leadership
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare claims auditing, investigations, or program integrity
• Proficient in healthcare coding and experienced in data analysis for fraud detection
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check upon hire and throughout employment
