Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Management to support their Varsity Tutors for Schools business and drive the execution of key business objectives for multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of company initiatives and ensure targets are achieved and timelines are met
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable steps for teams and ensure high-quality execution
• Facilitate communication and coordination between leaders and teams, ensuring clarity of priorities and accountability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in project/program management or operations role, preferably in a high-growth B2B organization
• Exceptional project management skills and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in using productivity tools and software
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills
