Director of Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director / Director - Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent customer engagements, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Drive execution excellence across cross-functional teams including Product Management, Professional Services, Engineering Operations Services, and Managed Business Services
• Serve as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders and customers, providing updates and managing expectations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within the high-tech or software industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple customers and engagements in parallel
• Strong expertise in Scrum and/or RUP methodologies
• Hands-on experience with JIRA (mandatory)
• Exceptional planning, execution, and risk management skills
