Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Management to lead the successful delivery and evolution of partner programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert level platform and product knowledge
• Own end-to-end delivery of programs, including oversight of timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of program managers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or operational leadership roles
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects with a focus on quality and risk mitigation
• 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills and experience building performance frameworks
• Familiarity with portfolio management methodologies is a bonus
