Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in executive-level Project & Program Management leadership
• Strong background in workflow implementation and operational design
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
• Ability to guide staffing and capacity planning aligned with business demand
• Demonstrated capability in mentoring and developing project management teams
