Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Portfolio & Agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the execution of the Planning strategic initiative using agile methodologies
• Monitor program progress, identifying and resolving issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and optimize project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in agile program management, leading large-scale initiatives
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) are highly desirable
