Director of Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery strategy for all programs supporting the strategic client
• Act as the senior point of contact for the client's program and build multi-level relationships
• Ensure delivery KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets are consistently achieved while managing P&L for the account

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in program, operations, or delivery leadership roles
• Experience with hyperscale technology clients is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of AI/ML data operations and large-scale services delivery
• Proven success in managing complex programs with distributed teams
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L ownership
