Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, InterSYNC Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute interSYNC business programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
• Monitor operational processes, controls, and issues, providing transparency and documentation for audits and risk assessments
• Serve as the front-line business owner for third-party audits and KYC-related requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required
• 3+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Loan Review, Risk Management, or Audit functions in banking or financial services
• 0-2 years of CPA, CISA, CIA, or other auditing or risk management certification preferred
• Understanding of governance, banking regulations, and risk management frameworks
• Experience managing operational metrics and issue tracking in a front-line business environment is highly desirable
