• Partner with program directors and business stakeholders for large-scale investments
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-revenue programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and profitability
• Lead cross-functional teams, setting strategy and prioritizing investments while managing uncertainty

Required Qualifications

• Prior people management experience focused on program development and delivery
• Track record of delivering complex, contract-based solutions to external customers
• Experience in balancing complex programs involving hardware, software, and services
• Experience leading in environments with high uncertainty
• Domain experience in high-performance computing and cloud infrastructure
