Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Management responsible for overseeing complex engineering and manufacturing programs for government and defense customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and performance of active programs, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, and quality requirements
• Drive operational readiness, risk mitigation, and resource planning across various functions
• Lead program reviews and manage communication with internal leadership and customers

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent programs
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, engineering development, supply chain, and quality processes
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or related field; master's preferred
• 12 - 15+ years of experience in program or operations management within a government contracting, aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environment
