Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Driving organizational execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams, the remote Director of Program Management will ensure complex initiatives deliver cohesive systems with measurable operational impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional execution aligned to organizational objectives and delivery milestones
• Orchestrate delivery across pods, managing dependencies, sequencing, and risks
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to operationalize strategy and ensure cohesive system delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in program management or related roles within software organizations
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex software systems with product, engineering, and design teams
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern product development workflows
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
