Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Driving organizational execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams, the remote Director of Program Management will ensure complex initiatives deliver cohesive, end-to-end systems with real operational impact while aligning teams and orchestrating dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional execution aligned to organizational objectives, strategic priorities, and measurable outcomes
• Orchestrate delivery across pods, managing dependencies, sequencing, risks, and execution alignment
• Lead organizational readiness and cross-functional transition planning for the adoption of new systems and workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in program management or related roles within software organizations
• Demonstrated experience working closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver complex software systems
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern product development workflows
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
