Job Summary
Responsible for managing major accounts, the full-time remote Director of Program Management will oversee project implementation, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business development initiatives while collaborating with sales and project management teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and govern project implementation methodology and quality standards for delivered projects
- Oversee multiple account projects and manage individual projects as an individual contributor
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point
Required qualifications
- At least eight to ten years of account and customer management experience
- A minimum of three years of management experience
- Knowledge of project management principles, with PMI Certification as an asset
- Experience in the Contact Center industry (Avaya, Cisco) and strong technical orientation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT management or Business preferred
