Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Responsible for managing major accounts, the full-time remote Director of Program Management will oversee project implementation, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business development initiatives while collaborating with sales and project management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern project implementation methodology and quality standards for delivered projects
• Oversee multiple account projects and manage individual projects as an individual contributor
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point

Required qualifications

• At least eight to ten years of account and customer management experience
• A minimum of three years of management experience
• Knowledge of project management principles, with PMI Certification as an asset
• Experience in the Contact Center industry (Avaya, Cisco) and strong technical orientation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT management or Business preferred
