Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Director of Program Management, the fully remote position will oversee and drive the execution of strategic initiatives focused on transforming Warehouse and Transportation Management capabilities to support accelerated growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Warehouse and Transportation Modernization initiatives using agile methodologies
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and resolve issues impacting delivery timelines and quality
• Engage with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes and maintain alignment with program goals

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in agile program management, leading large-scale, complex initiatives
• Previous experience implementing Warehouse Management and Transportation Management capabilities, preferably with Blue Yonder SaaS solutions
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; agile certifications are highly desirable
