Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing major account services and support, the remote full-time Director of Program Management will manage project implementation, drive business development in collaboration with the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction while leading a high-performance project management community.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern project implementation methodology, quality standards, and continuous improvement for delivered projects
• Oversee multiple account projects and personally manage key projects while ensuring delivery meets agreed KPIs
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point

Required qualifications

• At least eight to ten years of account and customer management experience
• A minimum of three years of management experience
• Knowledge of project management principles, with PMI Certification as an asset
• Experience in software/solution deployment projects within the IT sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT management or Business preferred
