Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Leading a significant program for a strategic customer, the remote Director of Program Management will manage end-to-end deployment, oversee cross-functional teams, and maintain executive-level customer relationships while ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and govern the master project plan across multiple workstreams, including onboarding, training, and support
• Act as the primary executive contact for strategic customer stakeholders, building trust and alignment throughout the engagement
• Lead a cross-functional team, ensuring clear role ownership and managing resource gaps during high-volume rollout phases

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations or customer success programs
• Proven success managing multi-workstream deployments with over 100 end-user locations and tight deadlines
• Strong command of project governance, including risk management and milestone reporting
• Experience directly leading cross-functional teams with full people management authority
• Track record of navigating high-stakes situations and making sound decisions under pressure
