Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing major accounts, the remote Director of Program Management will manage project implementation, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with sales teams to drive business development while maintaining accountability for project delivery and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern project implementation methodology and quality standards for delivered projects
• Oversee multiple account projects and personally manage key projects as an individual contributor
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of account and customer management experience
• 3 years of management experience
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Experience in the Contact Center industry, with a strong technical orientation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT management or Business preferred
