Director of Program Management

Job Summary

To drive strategic priorities and enhance operational excellence, the fully remote Director of Program Management will partner with executive leadership to translate vision into execution, manage enterprise initiatives, and ensure alignment across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and operationalize strategic priorities while tracking key initiatives and KPIs
• Serve as a trusted advisor, preparing materials for board and executive meetings and conducting analyses for strategic decisions
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements, standardizing project management frameworks to enhance organizational discipline

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or PMO leadership
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
• Strong project/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Experience working with senior leadership teams and familiarity with healthcare or managed care preferred
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
