Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Leading a global program management function, the remote, full-time Director of Program Management will oversee program governance, delivery standards, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive disciplined execution across a portfolio of programs and projects by establishing workflows and governance
• Lead and develop a team of international managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
• Oversee enterprise analytics and reporting, translating data into actionable decisions to improve service quality and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global program management functions
• 3-5 years of experience at the director level within a PSOC, GSOC, SOC, or similar security operations environment
• Global, multi-region operations experience, preferably with a background in datacenters
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels
