Job Summary
To support strategic customer needs, the full-time remote Director of Program Management will create bespoke solutions for key accounts, translating high-touch requirements into scalable platform growth while advising executive leadership and collaborating cross-functionally.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the Tailored Solutions Strategy by translating insights into a multi-year strategy balancing customer needs and platform scalability
- Design for Platform Growth by developing hypotheses and influencing engineering roadmaps to drive annual recurring revenue growth
- Act as an Executive Advisor, providing transparency into the strategic roadmap and managing expectations for global relationships
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in program management with a focus on user experience and customer empathy
- Strong leadership skills with a self-starter attitude, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with global customers, translating complex risks into actionable technical designs
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve business outcomes
