Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Director of Program Management, the full-time remote position will manage cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution of clinical programs, including the development of integrated timelines and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster cross-functional alignment and operational excellence across Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and CMC to ensure timely delivery of program milestones
• Develop and maintain integrated timelines mapping out critical paths, regulatory filings, and clinical milestones
• Implement program management best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives across development operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field; Ph.D., MS, or MBA preferred
• 12+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 7+ years in oncology or hematology drug development
• Experience supporting NDA/BLA/MAA regulatory submissions is strongly preferred
• Minimally 7+ years specifically in dedicated program or project management
• Strong understanding of FDA/EMA regulations, CMC, and clinical trial phases
