Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Serving as a key liaison between executive leadership and client teams, the remote Director of Program Management will oversee the delivery of concurrent state agency engagements for PayIt Outdoors, ensuring organized and transparent execution while managing client relationships and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for clients, managing executive relationships and delivery status
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for active client engagements, identifying and resolving dependencies and conflicts
• Design and implement program governance frameworks and operating cadences to ensure consistent delivery across multiple clients

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of program or project management experience with complex, client-facing implementations
• Proven ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders and manage day-to-day project teams effectively
• Experience in establishing delivery governance structures and reporting frameworks
• Technical fluency to understand delivery risks across product and engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP, PgMP, or similar certification required
