Job Summary
Leading complex M&A and strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Program Management will manage financial integration programs, oversee new offer launches, and ensure seamless collaboration across Finance and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive post-close financial integration programs and refine M&A playbooks for future acquisitions
- Lead planning and delivery of programs for product launches, pricing strategies, and geographic market expansion
- Establish frameworks for tracking growth initiatives and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks across workstreams
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of project/program management leadership experience in corporate environments
- 6+ years managing end-to-end M&A financial integrations and strategic growth programs in enterprise SaaS or technology sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
