Director of Program Management

Job Summary

As a senior business leader, the full-time Director of Program Management will own the strategy and roadmap for planning tools that support drug development programs, ensuring alignment with Integrated Asset Development Plans (IADPs) and Integrated Project Execution Strategy (IPES), while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance planning processes and implement AI-driven innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior business owner for planning tools, defining the multi-year strategy and roadmap driven by Program Management needs
• Set the vision for embedding AI capabilities into planning workflows and sponsor pilots for digital transformation initiatives
• Own planning standards and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality practices across development teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development or portfolio/program management
• Demonstrated experience with project/program planning tools at an enterprise scale
• Strong understanding of drug development processes and IADPs/IPES integration
• Executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills
