Director of Program Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Strategy & Client Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve client-facing program and project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with mission goals and delivery capacity
• Manage financial and resource optimization for portfolio, program, and project-level budgets
• Act as a senior liaison between executive leadership, program teams, and client stakeholders to enhance delivery value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years in senior program strategy and delivery leadership roles
• Advanced expertise in program, portfolio, and PMO leadership
• Strong command of program operations, including financial management and risk management
• Demonstrated experience in life sciences and health IT program delivery
