Director of Program Strategy

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader, the full-time remote Director of Program Strategy will lead priority programs and initiatives, manage cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen partnerships to drive organizational priorities from vision to action.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of strategic projects and priority programs
• Manage cross-functional work across various teams including Programs, Political Strategy, and Development
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders while coordinating trainings and strategic meetings

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in advocacy, organizing, politics, philanthropy, or movement-building
• Strong project management skills with a track record of driving projects to completion
• Experience in electoral strategy, narrative strategy, or grantmaking
• Excellent writing and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with c3, c4, PAC, political, advocacy, or philanthropic environments is a plus
