Job Summary
Leading a high-performing programmatic media organization, the full-time remote Director of Programmatic Media Buying will oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various channels while managing a team of 15+ professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the programmatic media buying strategy across multiple digital channels, ensuring best practices in campaign management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of programmatic buyers and strategists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, optimizing performance and analyzing trends to drive actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or ad technology
- 5+ years of experience leading programmatic teams or digital media operations
- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ employees in a high-volume programmatic environment
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise DSP platforms, particularly The Trade Desk
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying, audience targeting, and optimization strategies
