Leading a high-performing programmatic media organization, the full-time remote Director of Programmatic Media Buying will oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various channels while managing a team of 15+ professionals.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and execute the programmatic media buying strategy across multiple digital channels, ensuring best practices in campaign management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of programmatic buyers and strategists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, optimizing performance and analyzing trends to drive actionable insights
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or ad technology
  • 5+ years of experience leading programmatic teams or digital media operations
  • Proven experience managing teams of 15+ employees in a high-volume programmatic environment
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise DSP platforms, particularly The Trade Desk
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying, audience targeting, and optimization strategies
