Job Summary
To enhance advocacy engagement and public health initiatives, the part-time Director of Programming Development will create and facilitate programs for faith communities, collaborate with public health professionals, and support operational leadership within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead the strategic development of programs and events in partnership with the Director of Policy and Advocacy
- Develop engaging programs and initiatives that align with IPHN's strategic plan and projected outcomes
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including faith leaders and public health professionals, to advance collaborative efforts and program delivery
Required Qualifications
- Master of Public Health degree or equivalent
- At least 8 years of management experience
- Relevant credential such as Registered Dietitian
- Ordination or profession in a particular religious tradition preferred
- Proven commitment to equity, inclusion, diversity, and anti-racism
