Job Summary

To lead the design and delivery of engaging learning and workforce readiness experiences, the full-time salaried Director of Programs will oversee program development, ensure alignment with workforce outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance participant journeys in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and growth of the program portfolio, establishing strategic priorities and success measures
• Ensure programs equip participants with workforce readiness and professional skills while driving continuous innovation in curriculum design
• Oversee program budgets and resource allocation, leading and developing program staff to ensure quality delivery and operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in program leadership and development within workforce readiness or education sectors
• Strong background in curriculum design and learning experience innovation
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operational processes effectively
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with experience in performance measurement and continuous improvement strategies
