Director of Project Controls

Job Summary

Accountable for project outcomes, the full-time Director of Project Controls will lead the delivery of Project Controls services, ensuring client engagement and operational excellence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct project controls delivery across various accounts, markets, or programs
• Provide executive-level client engagement and advisory support
• Lead and develop managers to ensure service quality, consistency, and scalability

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Fifteen or more years of related experience, including five or more years in management
• Advanced project controls skills and expertise in client relations and consulting
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or related technical fields
• Proficiency in cost and schedule management software
