Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Delivery & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global project delivery function, ensuring operational excellence across clinical trial services
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project delivery managers, fostering accountability and collaboration
• Champion process modernization and change management to enhance delivery speed, quality, and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trials, with at least 7 years in project delivery leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience in ophthalmology clinical trials is required
• Experience managing globally distributed teams
• Prior experience supporting or integrating with product or technology functions is highly desirable
