Director of Project Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Project Delivery - Global Project Management, Vaccines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery for assigned global projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with Therapeutic Leads and SMEs to develop best practices and manage project reviews
• Provide mentorship and training to Project Managers, addressing performance issues and evaluating training needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical research management, including 3 years in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting
• Proven success in delivering complex clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas
• Strong understanding of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements
• Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering client relationships
