Director of Project Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Project Delivery - Global Project Management, Ophthalmology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery and ensure effective leadership across the biopharma portfolio
• Collaborate with Therapeutic Leads to develop best practices and project templates
• Mentor and train Project Managers, addressing performance issues and ensuring operational deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical research management, including 3 years in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting
• Proven success in delivering complex clinical trials globally across multiple therapeutic areas
• Strong understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering client relationships
