Director of Project Delivery

Job Summary

Leading a team of project managers, the full-time Director of Project Delivery will oversee complex initiatives, drive customer-centric operational transformation, and implement standardized project management methodologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on excellence in project delivery
• Spearhead process improvement initiatives to enhance customer journey touchpoints and satisfaction metrics
• Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and budget forecasting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within telecommunications or operations
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional process improvement efforts focused on customer experience
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and Lean/Six Sigma
• Foundational knowledge of telecom architecture and proficiency in Project Portfolio Management tools
