Job Summary

Supporting the Project Development Services Sales and Solutions Development Teams, the full-time remote Director of Project Development Solutions will develop and implement comprehensive project and program management solutions for design and construction initiatives across various global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Implements end-to-end pursuit and proposal management strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Creates and pitches sales proposals for effective project and program management methodologies in the construction industry
• Collaborates with global teams to ensure consistent yet locally relevant delivery approaches while developing KPIs to measure success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Construction and Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate
• Expert knowledge of commercial and pricing frameworks relevant to the construction and project management industry
• Experience in sales processes and building trusted advisor relationships
