Director of Project Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Engineering - CCI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy for community solar and energy storage projects across multiple U.S. markets
• Establish engineering standards and design governance for projects from development through construction and commissioning
• Manage external engineering consultants and ensure accountability for engineering deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
• 12+ years of engineering experience in solar and energy storage
• Demonstrated leadership in managing engineering teams or consultants
• Strong familiarity with utility interconnection processes and grid compliance requirements
• Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders including engineering consultants and construction teams
