Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Finance & Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source capital to fund the growth of the residential TPO business
• Lead negotiations with joint venture, debt, and tax equity investors
• Develop and present materials for investors and company leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in consumer finance or renewable energy finance industries
• 5+ years of experience in solar project finance at a top-tier developer, asset manager, or investment bank
• 3+ years in a mid/senior-level role with direct reports
• Experience building and maintaining complex project finance Excel models
