Director of Project Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured financing for utility-scale solar and storage asset transactions
• Develop pro formas and review financial models for project feasibility and profitability
• Collaborate with various departments for due diligence and represent the company in financing negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, energy/environmental, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Capital Markets, Project Finance, or investment banking
• At least 8 years of experience in Project Finance or M&A in the US renewable energy industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software
• Deep understanding of tax equity structures and debt financing in the energy market
