Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Management to lead a cross-functional team supporting Employee Benefits Division goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a team of project management and business analyst professionals to support key division initiatives
  • Manage team resources, including selection, development, motivation, and performance management
  • Build relationships with business leaders to prioritize and deliver tactical and strategic projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in voluntary/employee benefits and business process consulting
  • 5 years of change management and continuous improvement experience
  • 2 years of previous leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of continual improvement processes and strategic planning
