Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Project Management to lead a cross-functional team supporting Employee Benefits Division goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a team of project management and business analyst professionals to support key division initiatives
- Manage team resources, including selection, development, motivation, and performance management
- Build relationships with business leaders to prioritize and deliver tactical and strategic projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in voluntary/employee benefits and business process consulting
- 5 years of change management and continuous improvement experience
- 2 years of previous leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of continual improvement processes and strategic planning
