Director of Project Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for project management services, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage project types including build-to-suit and capital improvement programs
• Manage and develop PDS staff, ensuring compliance with policies and performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15 or more years of related experience with at least five years in a management role
• Advanced project management skills with expertise in client relations and consulting
• Strong working knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MS Project
