Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Management in Research & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead vaccine development programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
• Manage a team of technical Project Managers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program objectives and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree and/or PMP certification preferred
• 12+ years of experience in project and program management with people leadership
• Experience in managing complex vaccine/biologic product development programs
• Proficiency in financial planning and project management tools
• Ability to travel approximately 10-20% domestically and internationally
