Director of Project Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Management to oversee revenue operations initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans in Asana for scaling revenue operations
• Serve as a liaison between departments and facilitate weekly meetings to capture action items and resolve conflicts
• Develop executive dashboards and communication plans for major tool rollouts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, operations, or a related field; MBA or Master's in Information Systems is a plus
• Project management certification (PMP, PMI ACP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in project management or revenue operations
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet) and BI/reporting platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience managing complex, multi-departmental initiatives in a fast-paced environment
