Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce a unified Stage-Gate process and ensure clear entry/exit criteria
• Maintain data integrity across initiatives and translate data into executive reports for decision-making
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers while driving continuous improvement across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in a Directive or Enterprise PMO environment
• Proven success in leading innovation pipelines and stage gate processes
• Experience in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making without direct authority
• Expertise in project management tools and lean/continuous improvement experience preferred
