Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account and Marketing teams to manage client expectations and communication
• Lead project status reviews, facilitate post-mortem sessions, and develop risk mitigation plans
• Mentor and manage a team of Project Managers while overseeing portfolio budgets and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare advertising or agency environments
• Proven experience leading large-scale, integrated, multi-channel programs
• Strong understanding of agency operations, workflow management, and financial tracking
• Expertise in scoping, estimating, and portfolio management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
