Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Director of Project Management is a full-time, salaried position responsible for overseeing project management strategies, ensuring successful delivery across multiple accounts, and leading a team to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project management strategy and ensure alignment with business priorities
• Define and standardize project management frameworks and tools across the organization
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs while managing budgets, schedules, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years in a project management role, with 5+ years in pharma
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or SCRUM Master certification is a plus
• 6-8 years of supervisory experience managing and mentoring teams
• Deep knowledge of digital media best practices, including Paid Search and Programmatic
• Extensive knowledge of project management software such as Jira, Wrike, or Asana
