Job Summary
Director of Project Management is a full-time, salaried position responsible for overseeing project management strategies, ensuring successful delivery across multiple accounts, and leading a team to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project management strategy and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Define and standardize project management frameworks and tools across the organization
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs while managing budgets, schedules, and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years in a project management role, with 5+ years in pharma
- Bachelor's degree required; PMP or SCRUM Master certification is a plus
- 6-8 years of supervisory experience managing and mentoring teams
- Deep knowledge of digital media best practices, including Paid Search and Programmatic
- Extensive knowledge of project management software such as Jira, Wrike, or Asana
