Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Leading the global delivery of full-service clinical trials, the full-time Director of Project Management will provide strategic oversight to project management and finance teams, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client experiences in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide operational planning and oversee project development processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and resource management
• Mentor and manage the Clinical Project Operations team, fostering engagement and performance management while representing the team in client and business development meetings
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve excellence in project services, managing financial risks and participating in budget planning and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (Bachelor's or Honors) with a minimum of 10 years of related experience, or a college diploma/degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience in full-service project management leadership and team coaching
• Significant financial resource management experience, including budget setting and financial reporting
