Director of Project Management

Job Summary

To build the operational backbone for coordinated delivery, the fully remote Director of Project Management will lead cross-functional programs, establish delivery frameworks, and enhance organizational delivery maturity while partnering with founders and department heads.

Key responsibilities

• Direct ownership of cross-functional programs spanning Trading, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering
• Own and evolve frameworks for planning, prioritization, change management, and project lifecycle
• Establish visibility and predictability in work execution through cadence, instrumentation, and reporting

Required qualifications

• Experience in building or substantially rebuilding a program management function
• Proven accountability for large cross-functional programs across multiple technical organizations
• Ability to design user-friendly processes that encourage adoption
• Experience working collaboratively with founders and executives to influence prioritization decisions
• Demonstrated sound judgment and maturity in navigating competing priorities under pressure
